Beulah Lorean Clark, 92, Granby, Mo., died July 25, 2017, at her home, following a short illness. She was born September 30, 1924, in Treece, Kan., the daughter of George and Bertha (Harrison) Hendrix.
Beulah graduated from Neosho High School in 1941, and lived most of her life in the Granby area. She had been employed by the ACTWU as the K.C. District Joint Board Manager. She was a member of the Gingham Girls; enjoyed sewing and fishing and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Beulah married Loran Clark on June 15, 1944. He survives.
She is also survived by one daughter, Cathy McDaniel and husband, Joe, of Granby; adopted daughter, Peggy Pritchard, of Granby; two grandchildren, Angela Beal and husband, Clifton, of Granby, and Beau McDaniel and wife, Lindsay, of Granby; adopted granddaughter, Katrina Edie, of Racine; three great-grandchildren, Tasha Werries and husband, Gus, Kory Beal and Lexi Brown, and one great-granddaughter on the way; as well as numerous cousins and other family members. In addition to her parents, Beulah is preceded in death by her sister, Bobbie Marney.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 1, at 10:30 a.m. at the Granby Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Billy Martin officiating. The family will receive friends at a time of visitation Tuesday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. prior to the service at Clark Funeral Home, in Granby.
