Dallas's Story

Dallas Robins, age 57, of Webb City, Mo., passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 17, 2017.
He was born August 7, 1960, at Fort Lewis, Wash., to Robert and Helen (Mammen) Robins.
Dallas lived in Webb City the majority of his life. He graduated with the Webb City High School class of 1978. During his high school years he was a member of several sports teams. He served in the United States Army where he was stationed in Germany. Dallas was self-employed in the construction industry and was very proud of his work as a mason. He was a member of the Webb City Elks Lodge #261 and was named Elk of the year in 2002. He was very well known and had numerous friends who will miss him greatly.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Dallas is survived by three sisters, Marti Pittman and husband, Charlie, Webb City, Roberta Gross and husband, Roger, Springtown, Texas, Barbie Robins Bloomfield, Joplin, Mo.; one brother, Jim Robins and wife, Teresa, Lees Summit, Mo.; 10 nieces and nephews; and 20 great-nieces and nephews; all of whom loved him very much.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, October 21, at Central United Methodist, Webb City, with Pastors JR Driskill and Clint Lambeth officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will follow at the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5 - 7 p.m. Friday, October 20, at the Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Webb City Elks Lodge #261 and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of the Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home Webb City.
