Eurell Delane "Dee" Crowl, age 80, of Joplin, Mo., passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017, at The Communities of Wildwood Ranch, in Joplin, following a decline in health.
Dee was born April 16, 1937, in Granby, Mo., to the union of the late Albert and Georgia (Davis) Robinson. She was raised in the Joplin area and graduated in 1955 from Joplin Memorial High School.
Dee worked outside the home for a short time at the old Helton's Café, in Joplin, but she is best remembered as a devoted homemaker as she raised her seven children. Dee greatly enjoyed playing bingo, dancing and many kinds of flowers. She was a member of the First Assembly of God, of Carl Junction.
Dee was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Donald Robinson.
Survivors include her children, Danny Howe (Angie), of Seneca, Mo., Virginia Ryan, of Joplin, Tammy Nash (Mike), of Ft. Worth, Texas, Cavelle Hulstine (Joey), of Webb City, Mo., Eddie Atwood, of Joplin, Rachel Nash (Juan), of Temecula, Calif., and Paul Crowl (Mericka), of Carthage, Mo.; 13 grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Wayne Robinson, of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.
Funeral services for Dee are 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, in the chapel of Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary in Joplin,with Pastor Bob Winnett officiating. Burial will follow at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery, in Joplin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
