Florence was a long time resident of Joplin, Missouri. She moved to Carlisle, Pennsylvania following the devastating tornado of 2011. Florence loved gardening, cooking, sewing, quilting, traveling, and playing bingo. Much of her quilting work was donated to charity. She is survived by daughter Julia Ann Bliss and son-in-law Colonel (Retired) James Bliss of Carlisle, PA; daughters Mary Lynn Davis of Duncanville, AL, and Elizabeth Smith of Skiatook, OK; grandson Dan Elias Bliss of Annapolis, MD, five other grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Marion F. Pack and nine brothers and sisters. Memorial contributions can be made to the Carlisle Senior Action Center, Carlisle, PA.
