Jack R. Adamson passed away October 15, 2017, at home, with his family around him after a long illness.
Jack was born on April 6, 1942, son of Clyde and Gladys Adamson. He served in the Army from 1959 to 1961. He owned Adamson Grease Company, which he built and operated from 1969 to 2005, when he retired.
Jack was a hard-working man with a very kind and generous heart. Although stern and set in his ways, he was there for you when needed. He enjoyed going to the lake with his family and grandchildren. He loved to RV travel and spend winters in Arizona.
Jack is survived by his wife, Carol; daughter, LaDonna (Troy); son, Frank; grandsons, Russell and Darwin; brother, Orville; his stepchildren, Tina (Terry), Kathy, Mike, Darin (Peggy); 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Pete and Bob; mother of his children, Margaret; stepson, Troy; and step-granddaughter, Ashtin.
