I was saddened to hear of Joel's passing. Being able to work with him at Kimray was privilege and a blessing to me and to my family. I thoroughly enjoyed his sense of humor and the way he was able to make our department a place I looked forward to coming to.

Most importantly, the thing I remember and appreciate most about Joel was the way he lived out his faith. He not only talked about his faith, but his actions were consistent with what he professed. That had a profound effect on me and my faith. I pray that our Lord will give you comfort in this time.

Joel was a godly man and a dear friend. I loved to hear him pray especially with his rich, deep voice added to his genuine devotion to the Lord. I was blessed to have been his pastor at FBC MWC.
