Joline Dell Enyart, originally from Miami, Okla., passed away Saturday, October 14th, 2017. She was born May 9th, 1928, in Halltown Mo., to Odell and Letha Conard.
As a young woman, Joline was the bookkeeper at her father's Texaco station, in Miami, on route 66. She also attended NEO A&M College.
She then married Chester Enyart, on September 5th 1947. Recently her and her husband celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary.
Joline and her husband, Chet, raised three daughters and one son in the Miami, Joplin and Springfield area. Joline worked at Macy's, in Joplin. She was also employed at Royal McBee Typewriter, Greene County Probate Court and Fred Hall estate attorney, all in Springfield, Mo.
Joline was an avid reader. She loved to play bridge, garden, golf, dance the jitter-bug, family genealogy and traveling to see historical homes. For the last 30 years she resided during the winter in Florida, while in the warmer months she lived in Bella Vista, Ark. She enjoyed doing a variety of things with friends and family.
She is survived by her three daughters, Linda Sadler (Rick), of Carl Junction, Mo., Dee Ann Matthews (Charles), Columbia, Mo., Terri Conner (Jerry), Shawnee, Kan. Preceded in death by one son, Gerald Enyart. Six grandchildren include Sean Sadler (Amy), Jill Fisher (David), Jessica Phipps (Darrell), Shelby Conner, Riley Conner and William Conner. Great- grandchildren are Austin Fisher, Audrey Fisher, Skylar Sadler, Caleb Phipps, Rebecca Phipps, Timothy Phipps and Ezekiel Phipps. One great- grandchild, Jett Sadler. Preceded in death is her twin brothers, Ronald and Donald Conard. One brother surviving is James Conard (Barbara), of Stone Mountain, Ga.
Visitation will be Wednesday, the 18th, 5 to 7 p.m. at the Parker Mortuary, 1502 South Joplin. Graveside services will be Thursday, the 19th, at 2 p.m. at Rock Prairie Cemetery, just south of Halltown Mo. and I-44 Highway.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted in memoriam at St. Paul's UMC-CJ campus for the Teen Youth Center.
