Beryl Clark Alford, age 85, passed away on July 7, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Born to Charles and Gladys Alford on December 19, 1931.
He married Zelma Margaret Shafer in 1951.
Beryl was an independent contractor and master craftsman building custom homes and then transitioned to specializing in custom cabinetry. In the past several years he built custom shipping containers until recently retiring.
Beryl's immediate survivors include Zelma Alford, Connie Coffey, Sue Leakey (Enoch), Ed Alford (Denise), and Nancy Gibson (Leroy). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; and siblings, Dorothy Fager, June Harlan, and Melvin Alford. Beryl was pre-deceased by his parents and siblings, Charles Alford and Louise Barnes.
Beryl will be especially remembered that he loved nature. Where he and Zelma lived was a habitat, lots of trees and open space. He loved animals, both their pets and wildlife.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 18th, at 10 a.m., Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum Air Chapel. Relatives and friends are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Humane Society.
