Joplin, MO - Arthur Dale Morgan, age 93, of Joplin, MO, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Wildwood Senior Living.
Arthur was born on February 6, 1933 to Arthur and Ruth (Daugherty) Morgan. He was a native of Pittsburg, KS, and moved to Joplin, MO, from Ocala, FL, in 2005. Arthur served honorably in the United States Air Force for 20 years before retiring. He was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of the Non-Commissioned Officers Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Masonic Lodge No. 187. He married the love of his life, Phyllis Anne Morgan on October 4, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio. Together they were blessed with 69 years of marriage before her passing on March 17, 2022.
Arthur is survived by his two sons, Mike Morgan and wife, Cheryl, and Rick Morgan and wife, Valerie; and four grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are under the special care and direction of Parker Mortuary.
