Joplin, MO - Chastity passed away at KU Medical Center after a long illness. At her passing she was surrounded by family and friends. Chastity was a champion for recovering addicts. She loved Jesus. She gave of herself as often as possible, doing service work, talking to people about recovery, going to jails and institutions to tell others that they too could recover and have a life worth living. She had an infectious smile and gave the best hugs.

She lived her life to the fullest! She surrounded herself with people that were loving and uplifting and gave that to so many others.

She is survived by her three sons, Jake, Chris and Ricky, Five Grandchildren, Two sisters, Laura and Crystal. Her beloved friend Jo White, and her favorite friend, her dog Harley.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, perseverance, kindness, strength and integrity. Her wish was for every addict to find recovery.

She was deeply loved by her sons and the recovery community.

Memorial donations may be made on her behalf to Joplin Humane Society, and House, Inc.

Her Celebration of Life will be held at House, Inc Sunday March 1, 2-5pm
