Gary Dean Thomas died on January 9, 2025, in Independence, Missouri, at the age of 66. Gary is survived by his five children: Zachary Woolever, Serita Eldridge (Jerome), Gary Nathan Thomas, Joshua Thomas (Tramisha), and Jonathan Thomas, 19 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. A small memorial service was held at Junge Stadium in Joplin Mo, where his ashes remain. He will be deeply missed. Rest in peace, Dad.
