MUSKOGEE, Okla. - Johnie Dewayne Waggoner, 63, formerly of Welch, Okla., passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Full Gospel Christian Center, Watova, Okla. Arrangements are under the direction of Thomas Funeral Home, Welch.
