Laurella Ruth Paul, age 72, of Versailles, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Good Shepherd Care Center. She was born on December 11, 1952, in California, a daughter of the late Jim and Virginia Larrison.

Laurella worked in the dietary department at a nursing home in California and later at Neosho Senior Center, where she was known for her compassion and hard work. She enjoyed collecting dream catchers and liked the peacefulness they brought her. Most of all, Laurella treasured her family, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren held a special place in her heart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Larrison.

She is survived by her two sons, Tracy Ernsberger (Heather) of Stover, Missouri and Zachary Paul (Jamie) of Kansas City, Missouri; her sister, Dovie Barker of Joplin, Missouri; twelve grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 7, 2025 at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.
