Mike Alan Wilkerson
July 30, 1958 - January 24, 2025
Mike Alan Wilkerson, 66, passed away Friday, January 24, 2025, in Jasper County, Missouri. Mike was born on July 30, 1958, to Max Wilkerson and Delores Garner in Carthage, Missouri. He participated in the FFA (Future Farmers of America) in high school. Mike was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He was devoted to Christ and enjoyed going to church every Sunday. He was a Farm Bureau member and a Mason. Mike's greatest passion and joy in life was farming and ranching. His favorite place to be was out on his tractor, putting up hay, and his daily cow patrol. Outside of farm life, Mike also enjoyed going to the car races. He was very loyal, caring, and generous. Mike loved his children and grandchildren dearly and would do anything for them.
Mike is survived by his son, Clint Wilkerson (Mercedes) of Carthage, Missouri; his daughter, Marcie Mason (Josh) of North Potomac, Maryland; his mother, Delores Wilkerson; five grandchildren, Bristol, Lincoln, T.J., Clara, and Eli; and his brother, Scott Wilkerson.
Mike is preceded in death by his father, Max Wilkerson.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Ulmer Funeral Home in Carthage, Missouri. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Burial will be at Red Oak Cemetery, La Russell, Missouri.
Contributions may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church in care of Ulmer Funeral Home.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.

Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
