Neosho, MO - Verlin Snider, age 92, of Neosho, MO passed away peacefully on July 11, 2025.

Verlin was born in Freemont, MO on July 8, 1933 to his parents Cecil and Sarah (Little) Snider.

He married the love of his life, Joyce, on October 27, 1951 in Joplin, MO. They were married 73 years prior to her death, July 19, 2024. He is also preceded by his parents, one sister, Fay Davis, one son, Richard Snider, and one daughter-in-law Dawn Snider.

Verlin was the owner of Citizens Carpet Services for many years prior to his retirement and sale of the business in 1995.

He is survived by one brother, Lindle (Bobbi) Snider, one sister, Shirley (Jim-deceased) West, three sons, Mike (Margie), Alan (Dawn- deceased), Steve (Laura), eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30am, Thursday, July 17 at Mason-Woodard Mortuary with a visitation held prior to the service beginning at 9:00am.
